Know your paper before you print
This is a monochrome direct thermal printer. It requires compatible A4 thermal paper; ordinary copier paper, inkjet photo paper and colour printing are not supported. It does not scan, copy or provide automatic double-sided printing. Thermal prints can fade with heat, sunlight or prolonged storage, so keep separate copies of important records.
Connection and setup
The supplier lists Android, iOS, Windows and macOS support through its specified app or driver. Check your device and operating-system compatibility before purchase, then follow the included instructions for installation and pairing. This model does not offer Wi-Fi network printing.

A4 portable thermal printer, USB-C cable, multilingual user guide and one starter roll of thermal paper. A mains USB adapter, phone and computer are not included. Additional compatible thermal paper is purchased separately.
