Digital Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge – Handheld Inspection Kit

Inspect material thickness without cutting into the workpiece
Bring a clearer view to workshop inspections with this handheld ultrasonic thickness gauge. Its separate probe measures suitable solid materials from one accessible side, while the backlit LCD keeps readings easy to check at the bench.
Made for practical measurement
- 0.1 mm display resolution for straightforward thickness checks.
- Adjustable sound velocity to match the material being measured.
- Store and recall up to 10 thickness readings.
- Coupling indicator helps you check probe contact before recording a result.
- Compact battery-powered format with automatic power-off and low-battery indication.

Included and required
Supplied with the handheld gauge, wired ultrasonic probe, reference disc and instruction leaflet. Suitable ultrasonic coupling gel is required and is not included.
Before measuring
Use a clean, accessible surface, suitable couplant and the correct sound velocity. Calibrate against a known reference before use. This measures material thickness; it is not a paint coating gauge. Porous, layered, heavily corroded or unsuitable materials may not produce reliable readings. This product does not include accredited calibration or inspection certification.
